Ken & Dee’s Limeades & More Veggie Salad

1 can butter beans 1 can white shoe peg corn 1 can yellow corn 1 can French style green beans (or 1 quart bin of fresh, steamed) 1 can small peas 1 large green pepper, diced 4 ozs. diced pimento 1 medium to large red onion, diced Drain & gently mix vegetables in a bowl. Sauce, combine ingredients in a saucepan: 1 t salt 1 t pepper 1/2 C vegetable or canola oil 1 T water 1 C sugar 1/4 C white vinegar 1/2 C red wine vinegar Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, toss with vegetables.
