Fresh, Local, Unconventional Vegetables
Right here in Richmond!

Victory Farms is a small, family-run, Certified Naturally Grown farm in Hanover, Virginia. Owner/Operator Alistar Harris has been farming for a living since 2010. Alistar spent 2010 and 2011 learning and studying the methods perfected by the previous owner Charlie Collins, for growing fine-quality produce on a small urban farm. The six acres of land are compost-fed and pesticides are never used. Artisanally grown produce is hand-harvested and tended to daily by Alistar and a small team, and arrives at the markets freshly picked, clean and ready to enjoy.
2011 was Victory Farms’ 5th CSA season in Richmond, Virginia and we look forward to growing fresh food for the 2012 season!
Where you will find us in the 2012 season:

Starting in May: Saturdays at the South of the James Market in Forest Hill Park from 8am – noon and Tuesdays at the Byrd House Market from 3 – 7pm in Oregon Hill.
All our vegetables are grown on our six acres in Hanover county, with only occasional enrichment of items we cannot provide from very select local growers. If you are interested in being a member of our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program for 2012, please visit our CSA Page.
Victory Farms also sells to Richmond area restaurants and specialty stores including Ellwood Thompson’s. We are proud to be a member of Slow Food Richmond and Local Harvest.
